It may sound like a song about doubting a relationship, but in fact, it’s a sweet love ballad. The title’s play on words is revealed in the chorus, which goes: “Since I met you, I / I ain’t spent one second guessin’.”
Swoon!
Palmer performed his original song for FGL on NBC’s Songland – the reality TV series which also gave us Lady Antebellum’s feel-good summer song “Champagne Night”.

Palmer, who worked with producer Shane McAnally to write the final version of the song, described his time on Songland as “such an incredible experience”.
The song was included in FGL’s 6-Pack EP released last week, alongside “I Love My Country” and “U.S. Stronger”.
