James Barker Band Has The Feel-Good Summer Song You’ve Been Waiting For!

We are officially on summer time, thanks to James Barker Band!

The Ontario group recently released “Summer Time”, their first new song since their sophomore EP Singles Only. And it’s already in the running to be our summer anthem!

“It’s nothin’ but long days and hot nights / Sittin’ ’round watching them fireflies fly,” sings Barker in the chorus, which finishes off with the declaration: “We on summer time.”

With shimmery guitar riffs and James Barker’s warm vocals, the track is like sunshine for your ears.
