RVN Wellness is a body positive yoga space also providing counselling, workshops, special gatherings and events. They provide yoga to children who face financial barriers to accessing programs, as well as low cost and free yoga to non-profits like Mamas for Mamas and Crossroads. During the pandemic they offered those in Port Moody free community yoga classes in collaboration with LIFT and F45.
