Nate Smith Spotted On A Dinner Date With Avril Lavigne?!

Nate Smith was spotted on a dinner date with pop punk princess Avril Lavigne on Monday (Jan 29th). Nate and Avril were seen getting dinner at Catch in West Hollywood, then hitting the streets of L.A drinking in the back of a pickup truck.

When leaving the restaurant the artists look to be almost holding hands. Smith then moves his hand to her back protectively guiding her through paparazzi to the truck waiting for them at the front.

The duo stopped at a gas station during their joy ride and hopped out with skateboards. Obviously the best place to do some skateboarding is at the gas pump.

Could Nate be Avril’s Sk8r Boi? A video from TMZ… makes us think right now the answer is no, but with some practice, and maybe some guidance from Avril there could be some potential!

There is no word on if the singers were on romantic date or if this was a potential music collaboration.

If they are working together on a new project this isn’t the first time Lavigne has sang with a country singer. The ‘Complicated’ singer started out singing at country fairs and even won a radio contest and got the opportunity to sing with country icon Shania Twain!
