Contest Rules
- The contest play period will run Monday March 7th to Sunday March 13
- To be eligible to win a prize in the Contest, a contestant must (a) be a legal resident of British Columbia and (b) be at least nineteen (19) years of age or older or have a parent or guardian who is at least nineteen (19) years of age or older to claim any prize.
- The “cue to call” will play between March 7 – March 13
- When you hear the cue, the correct caller through will qualify to win
- One winner will be randomly selected and chosen on Monday March 14
- The prize is a 7-night vacation aboard one of our CruiseCraft II, 15 sleeper houseboats. This vacation package will be made available during our 2022 Sailing Season that runs between May 1 to October 15th, 2022, excluding all long weekends and carries a maximum retail value of $6220. This vacation is available in the 2022 Sailing Season, dependent upon availability, with the exception of long weekends.
- When you make your reservation, the prize letter will stipulate you are not subject to any houseboat charter fees. However, you are responsible for fuel, insurance, park fee levy, septic pump out, food and beverages and your journey to and from our resort
- A deposit of $500.00 is due within ten days after booking (only credit card deposits will be accepted). Upon your arrival at Twin Anchors your $500.00 deposit will become part of the $2,500.00 damage deposit, which is refundable at the end of your charter providing there are no damages. This is a pre authorization on the credit card in case of damages to the houseboat caused by the guest. After the trip if there is no damage or fines the damage deposit is released back to the credit card by their bank.
- If the telephone connection between the station and a caller is not clear, such that the announcer and/or caller cannot hear each other or the caller is disconnected, that caller may, in the sole discretion of the station host be disqualified and a new random caller will be selected.
- In addition to these rules, 93.7 JR Country’s general contest rules apply.
