Chris Stapleton Performs “White Horse” and “Mountains Of My Mind” On SNL!

Last Saturday Chris Stapleton took the stage at SNL!

Stapleton served as musical guest while actor Ryan Gosling served as host.  Stapleton shared passionate performances of his hit songs “White Horse” and “Mountains Of My Mind”.

The two songs showcased very different performances. Stapleton performed “White Horse” accompanied by a large band but went solo for his performance of “Mountains Of My Mind” showcasing his finger picking skills.

In addition to his musical performances Stapleton took the stage to act in a sketch alongside SNL host Ryan Gosling. The sketch seems to take inspiration from Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats”.

The sketch turned music video showcases three girls getting revenge on on men they dated. Stapleton plays an ex of one of the women seeking revenge and joins in to sing a few bars throughout the sketch.
