A celebration of the almighty mini donut! We can’t believe we don’t get to see you all at Playland right now so we’d like to bring one of our favourite food items to you this weekend.
 
A Taste of the PNE: Mini Donut Edition is the first in an anticipated series of events celebrating some of our Playland and Fair favourites. In partnership with other donut food trucks, this mini donut drive thru event offers the ability to drive up to each of the participating donut stands, grab a variety of donuts to go for a bundled price. Vote for your favourite to help us crown BC’s Best Mini Donut!
 
With each package purchased, you are supporting local, Canadian-owned businesses. Each standard pack contains six mini donuts from each of the following mini donut vendors: Tin Lizzy Donuts, Those Little Donuts, CinCity Donuts and the PNE Fundunkers.
 
If this just isn’t enough donuts for your crew, the family pack offers twice the donuts at each food truck, giving you a total of four dozen mini donuts!
 
Advance Tickets Bonus: If you buy online via TicketLeader, each mini donut package purchase includes TWO complimentary tickets to the opening day of the 2021 PNE Fair.
 
We encourage you to decorate your car for the pick-up parade in celebration of the mini donut, and share your photos with #pneminidonuts

A Taste of the PNE: Mini Donut Edition allows you to enjoy mini donuts from your vehicle with your social distance circle.

 

Guidelines for a Safe Mini Donut Eating Experience

  1. Purchase tickets online in advance, or on-site through tap only credit and debit services (no cash will be accepted).
  2. To comply with provincial health guidelines, please travel to the event with your family unit.
  3. After your ticket is scanned (through your car window) by a staff member in the ticket booth, please join the drive-thru line and stay inside your car.
  4. Drive ahead to each of the pickup locations.
  5. Once you have come to a complete stop, food truck staff will bring your order to the pick-up location in front of their unit.
  6. Collect your order and proceed to view the 2020 PNE Prize Home from inside your car. Prize Home tickets will be available on-site for purchase, or online now.
  7. Please don’t gather on site. Proceed to the exit and enjoy your food in a safe manner. Remember to wash or sanitize your hands first.
