So Docc from JR Morning is setting out on a mission to find some of the best burgers in town!
For February Docc will be stopping by The Bistro in Langley Township to try their Bistro Beef Burger!
Handmade in house with fresh local beef (50/50 chuck brisket mix) from Hopcott Farms. Thick smoked butcher bacon, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms, on a buttered brioche bun, with havarti cheese, a secret house blend of spices (in the patty), house-made dijon aoli and topped if with lettuce, tomato and pickle.
